When you sign in to the client portal, we process your login email.
Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect aggregated usage and performance data, such as pages visited, approximate region, device type, and web performance metrics. These tools are configured to work without advertising cookies.
Client campaign data. During an engagement we may process content files you send us and performance data from the platforms you approve.
3. How We Use Information
- To review applications and respond to inquiries.

We keep application and contact data for as long as needed to evaluate and manage the relationship, and campaign records for as long as needed to meet our contractual and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@visiumhq.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS across the Site and restricted access to client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
